Blooming, the prelude to our future harvests

 In Côte de Nuits, our En Bollery vineyard is blooming!

 A subtle and ephemeral fragrance fills our 9.6 hectares of vines, located in front of the Clos Vougeot.

The bloom marks the beginning of a crucial period for the growth of our vineyard, and the elders used to say that the harvest began 100 days after the bloom.

Each flower elegantly heralds the future grapes, thus promising a fine harvest to come if Mother Nature and the weather conditions are favorable.
