The charm of Chardonnay
This Crémant de Bourgogne takes its name (“Ivory Pearl”) from the white grapes used to produce it: Chardonnay, the grape of the Grands Crus, with extra zest from a lively touch of Aligoté. It is full of charm and appeal, first with the bouquet, recalling pollen, almonds and white flowers. It is the hint of acidity that gives the wine its verticality.
Pure white
The most universal grape variety, this chameleon-like Chardonnay blends the smoothness and suppleness of grapes from the Mâcon region with the liveliness and freshness of the cool terroirs in the Yonne and the Châtillonnais.
Matured for more than 18 months.
Yellow colour with golden green glints and elegant strings of bubbles.
Nose of white flowers, citrus fruit, buttery, brioche notes.
