Right now, the vine flower is spreading its rare, subtle fragrance throughout the vineyards. A very ephemeral scent, but one that can be found in our Crémants de Bourgogne Perle d'Ivoire or Les Grands Terroirs En Bollery!

Flowering is an important stage in the life of our vines, heralding the start of the next harvest, which is usually 100 days after blossoming. The future grapes are born from the flower.
