An effervescent journey through time: Maison Louis Bouillot is delighted to invite you to a unique evening under the Verrière, to celebrate a historic event: the 50th anniversary of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC. On this occasion, we'll be unveiling our Anniversary Edition “Flashback 1975”, a tribute cuvée retracing half a century of excellence and savoir-faire in Burgundy. To mark the occasion, we'll be delighted to welcome historian Thomas Labbé, whose exceptional presence will plunge you into over 200 years of sparkling wine history in Burgundy.
