Despite wildly changing weather, from springtime storms to summer drought, the 2018 vintage offered us grapes of remarkable quality. A year worthy of becoming a vintage.

Perle d’Or Rose 2018 features refined notes of rose with subtle touches of vanilla, enhanced by Morello cherry and woody hints that develop the wine’s aromatic palate.
The delicate effervescence underlines the balance between the lively attack in the mouth and the gentle, vinous and lingering finish, backed by an imperceptible dosage of only 4 g/l.

This rosé vintage pairs perfectly with shellfish and crustaceans, smoked lake and river fish, and strong blue cheeses such as Roquefort, Bleu de Bresse, Gorgonzola or Stilton.
