Consumers and professionals elected Perle de Nuit !
On 16 March, Louis Bouillot took part in ‘Les Éminents de Bourgogne’, a tasting organised by the Union of Crémant de Bourgogne Producers in conjunction with AgroSup-Dijon engineering school. The aim of this event is to evaluate the sensory characteristics of Eminent and Grand Eminent Crémants de Bourgogne, all of which are tasted blind.
This event brought together consumers and professionals, who selected our Perle de Nuit blend after the blind tasting.
It came third in the professional rankings and second in the consumer rankings.
