Once again this year, we partnered with the Amicale des cuisiniers de Côte d’Or, an association of professionals who organises an annual culinary competition for young chefs aged 18 to 26, held during the Dijon International Gastronomic Fair.
A panel of experienced chefs evaluated them on their skill and creativity.
The awards ceremony was held on 8 November 2023. We had the pleasure of awarding each of the three finalists a Magnum of Perle de Vigne and of presenting the other entrants in the young hopefuls competition with a bottle of Perle de Vigne.
Our heartiest congratulations go to 23-year-old Corentin Begin, the winner of the competition, and to the runners-up. We wish them every success in their future careers.
