Bunch closure

At the start of the summer period, we were at the point where the grape bunches were closing; the grape berries, were growing and touching each other. The bunches are very tightly packed.

At the end of July, the grapes begin to change colour, gradually losing their green colour, with the Chardonnay turning golden and the Pinot Noir purple, we call it veraison.
